Clone from Github:

mkdir build cd build cmake ..
If you have a 64 bit computer and don’t want to use the 32-bit version of FUSE run the command below:
Use the arrow keys to move the cursor down to the
USE_FUSE3 item, and press the Enter key to change the option from
OFF, then press the c key to configure, and finally press the g key to generate.
make to build the software.
To mount a drive, use
apfs-fuse /dev/<device> <mount-directory>
To mount a drive as root (to allow other users to access it):
apfs-fuse -o uid=<uid>,gid=<gid>,allow_other /dev/<device> <mount-path>
